igi” Dixon
Gigi Dixon is currently the Manager of National Relationships, Community Affairs with Wells Fargo. Gigi joined the company in 1994 and has since served as: Director of Emerging Markets, Corporate Marketing; Senior Vice President of Commercial Bank Marketing; Vice President of Niche and Event Marketing and; Vice President of Prospecting & Quality Control, Corporate Marketing. Gigi’s dedication and commitment to improving and strengthening organizations is evident in her long history of community leadership. She serves as an Advisory Board Member with Wyndam International Hotels & Resort and; is a Board Member with the National Association of Women Business Owners.
Gigi is a native of Dover Delaware and a graduate of Tennessee State University where she received a B.S. in Speech Communication and Theater.
Marilyn M. Ross
With more than 25 years of experience in business and human resources, Marilyn has a unique understanding of business strategy, organizational development and change management, leadership, management and talent identification. She is experienced in assessment and recruiting, learning and development, diversity, executive coaching, and multi cultural strategies.
Marilyn has a Masters degree in Organizational Development and Change Management from Fielding Graduate University and an undergraduate degree from College of Mount Saint Vincent, Education. She is a member of Codnet, a professional organizational development society, American Society in Training and Development (ASTD). She is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP); Workplace Big 5, and Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmark Leadership Assessments. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)and is a certified Evidence Based Coach.
Marilyn has traveled extensively for business including: Europe, Asia, Central and South America and the Caribbean. Her interests include: American Musical Theatre, classical
Greg Thompson
Greg Thompson is a seasoned Finance Executive with over 20 years experience managing complex processes and large scale change initiatives. While at Wachovia Corporation Greg was a proven leader with an execution mindset. Greg served in multiple senior finance capacities including CFO of the Commercial Bank and Consumer Lending, as well as serving as Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Wachovia’s Workforce Analytics teams. Greg is now the principal of GB Thompson and Associates, LLC.
With a strong record of exceeding executive leader and business partner expectations, and deep technical strength in planning, budgeting and forecasting, and merger activities, Greg will be a strong advisor to the Ascend management team.
Greg is a CPA and CMA and received his B.S in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
Sridhar Nallani
Armed with an MS in Computer Science from the Louisiana State University, Sridhar brings over 16 years as a dynamic leader, known for recruiting and motivating top-performing software teams, leading cross-functionally, and developing strong partnerships with business partners for industry leaders such as Microsoft, Washington Mutual, and Boeing.
An accomplished technologist and leader who applies a rare mix of technology depth, relationship skills, and business acumen to direct strategic enterprise software development, management and customer delivery. Sridhar’s operational experience includes leading on-time and on-budget design and delivery of complex products, and managing large-scale technology projects and off-shore development teams in start-up and mature companies.
Prior to joining TRIA Beauty, Sridhar held the roles of a Senior Director of IT at Microsoft and First Vice President of Technology at WaMu reporting to the CIO. Sridhar was recognized as the “Executive of the Month” for IT Leadership by the prestigious Silicon India magazine and previously recognized for his outstanding knowledge and leadership by WaMu, with the receipt of the ACE Award, the highest performance award recognition in 2007, given to the top 1% of exceptional Senior Management.
Igor Cerc
Igor Cerc is currently Head of Analytics and Customer Insight at Zurich Financial’s Farmers Life Insurance in Seattle, WA. He leads modeling, analytics, and reporting efforts as well as customer research and market intelligence functions. Additionally, Igor is heading up In-Force Management Council tasked with the management of the existing book of business, including customer retention strategy optimization, sales commission changes, and the improvement of sales conversion process
Prior to joining Zurich Financial, Igor worked at Washington Mutual as First Vice President, Customer Strategy and Analysis. His background also includes a broad cross-functional tenure at Avery Dennison in financial planning and analysis, procurement, marketing, and business development.
Igor’s expertise lays in advanced customer analytics and modeling, segmentation and targeting, customer relationship management, marketing, and business development. His accomplishments include a successful multimillion dollar global product launch, business unit divestiture at a profit, valuable cost savings initiatives, and start-up of a technology business.
Igor holds an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BSBA in Finance from Bowling Green State University.
Dan Wadley
Dan Wadley has an extensive background in Program Execution, Process Improvement and Business Development initiatives. Dan has a diverse experience across industry sectors including manufacturing, consulting and financial services, holding various positions including Senior Finance Manager, Senior Technology Manager, Program Management and Quality Management
Dan has a demonstrated track record in leading organizations forward in their project disciplines helping to implement formal project management methodologies and apply six-sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
Dan has an MBA in Finance and Technology Innovation from Pacific Lutheran University, is certified from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is trained in Operational Excellence methodologies in addition to experience in Lean Manufacturing principles. Dan earned his BA degree from Central Washington University in Washington State. He is active in his community and serves on the advisory panel for Tacoma Community College’s Project Management Certification Program. He lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife and two children.
